Wash & restore
Cedar holds finish only as well as it was prepared. We wash with a light hand — enough to lift dirt, algae, and failed coating, not enough to raise the grain into fur or drive water deep into the boards. Loose finish comes off. Sound wood stays sound.
Stain & oil
Paint sits on cedar and eventually lets go. We work with penetrating stains and oils so the grain can still read, moisture can still move, and the house can weather in place. Color is chosen for how it will look in two summers, not just on day one.
Seal & maintain
Oregon rain is the long test. Where a sealer belongs, we apply it. You leave with a clear sense of when to look again — usually measured in seasons, not a mystery. Maintenance coats are easier, and cheaper, than starting over.
Cedar decks & fences
If the house is cedar, the deck or fence often is too. We can include those surfaces when the wood and the weather window make sense. It is not a separate deck-staining company — it is the same care, on the same visit, when it fits.
